Taste and Colours® started in 1999 and since August 2007, we have a permanent residence in the centre of Kortrijk (B): a town clerk’s house dating from the end of the nineteenth century with a garden, in the town centre. The house was completely renovated and the result is a mix of new style and traditional architecture whereby the old aspects have been respectfully restored.
Taste and Colours disposes of an active inside and outdoor kitchen with a terrace and herb garden.

Dirkjan Decock is the driving force behind Taste and Colours. Since he was twelve, cooking is a true passion for him. It is not surprising that he made business of his hobby. With original, exciting recipes, but also with his innate talent to motivate people, he succeeded more than once during his career in injecting new life into businesses. He soon discovered that there are plenty of interfaces between gastronomy and businesses: you need to cope with stress adequately, be precise, be a good problem solver and be able to deliver a prefect result. So, he came up with the idea to turn cooking into a moment of coaching and team building.
